SEND October Half Term sports activities
About
Two free, preregistered inclusive sports sessions for disabled children and young people aged 5–25 and their families during October half term.
The event listing and linked registration form describe accessible, adapted sports sessions delivered by local community sports clubs in partnership with the Southwark Inclusive Sport & Physical Activity Network. Activities listed for 27 October are multisport, cricket, dance and taekwondo; the 29 October session lists cricket, dance and taekwondo. Sessions are drop-in during the two-hour slot, capped at 40 young people per session, and parents, carers or guardians must stay because one-to-one support is not provided. Advance registration of interest is required, with subsequent session booking through Spond. The venue information says activities take place in an indoor sports hall and notes accessible changing with ramp access and a disabled toilet; it says there is no Changing Places facility. The pages do not give public spectator terms or name individual facilitators.
