A small-group immersive live harp session inviting deep rest and stillness at St Anne's Church, Ings.

Participants lie down comfortably while slow, resonant harp music is improvised live in the moment, shaped by the atmosphere of the room. The session is framed not as a concert but as a restorative environment encouraging stillness, softness and release, with possible benefits including deep relaxation and emotional release. Guests bring mats, blankets and cushions to create their own resting space, and chairs can usually be accommodated. The 90-minute session opens with a short introduction before roughly 30–45 minutes of live harp immersion.
