Rio Cinema screens Chris Eyre’s 1998 drama in which Victor travels to retrieve his late father’s remains with his friend Thomas Builds-the-Fire.

Victor cannot afford the journey alone, so Thomas offers to travel with him. Their trip to collect Victor’s father’s cremated remains becomes a story of self-discovery based on Sherman Alexie’s short stories.
