Immersive Science of Christmas Chef’s Table
About
Kitchen Theory’s seasonal chef’s-table experience explores Christmas flavours, memories and traditions through sensory science and immersive dining.
The same Science of Christmas production offers lunch and evening sessions at the Holborn studio. Its dedicated programme page describes a festive six-course menu with drinks pairings and scientific storytelling developed with Professor Charles Spence. The current dated ticket bodies instead reuse the generic eight-course Chef’s Table text: exact Christmas course count remains conflicted. Charles Spence is a development collaborator, not evidence of attendance at these dates. Chef Jozef Youssef and the Kitchen Theory team are named in the dated tickets. Communal, set-timing dining with allocated seating. Notify dietary requirements and allergies at least72hours before the event; accommodation of later requests is uncertain and the kitchen cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Cancellations/date changes need at least28days notice, subject to availability and non-refundable processing fees; within28days no refund or credit under the published terms. Sensory effects include sound, lighting and aromas; guests with concerns can contact the organiser.
