Cycling Group

A weekly relaxed, weather-dependent community bike ride around the local area for North Edinburgh residents, led by qualified cycle leaders.

North Edinburgh Arts runs a friendly cycling group meeting on Wednesday mornings for a leisurely ride around the local area, weather permitting. Qualified cycle leaders guide the ride, and two cargo bikes are available to try. Participants can bring their own bike or borrow one from the bike library, with helmets provided; children aged 8+ must be accompanied by an adult. Sessions are aimed at residents of Muirhouse, Pilton, Granton and Drylaw, are free, and no booking is required — participants simply drop in.
