Red Priest – “Wild Men of the Baroque” – Concert and Recorder Masterclass

Red Priest duo Piers Adams and David Wright perform virtuosic baroque music, with a free pre-concert recorder masterclass for ticket holders.

Piers Adams (recorders) and David Wright (keyboard), half of the Red Priest quartet, present an afternoon of baroque music exploring the 'Phantasticus' style of little-known 17th-century composers alongside high-baroque masterworks. The programme includes music by Corelli, Handel, Telemann, Castello, Bull, Uccellini, Marini, Van Eyck, Pandolfi, Royer and Biber. A recorder masterclass runs from 12pm to 1pm before the concert, free to all concert ticket purchasers.
