A residential poetry course exploring language, identity, place and poetic responsibility across Gaelic, Welsh, English and Arabic traditions.

Hanan Issa and Peter Mackay lead workshops, exercises and discussion about writing from and for a place, language choice, national milestones and the climate crisis. The course includes feedback on participants’ writing and a mid-week reading and conversation with guest poet Menna Elfyn.
