About
A site-specific theatrical tour bringing the figures behind the Institut français d'Ecosse's room names to life, performed in English and French.
This site-specific play takes audiences through the rooms of the Institut français d'Ecosse, each named after a remarkable figure of French language and culture. Created by Elsa Booij and David Brunier, it imagines these characters speaking for themselves and revealing fragments of their histories and their links to both France and Scotland. Performances run on 7 November 2026 at 11am and 5pm in English and at 2pm in French.
