Ukraine: Within and Beyond

A charity concert and film event in aid of Ukraine, with a piano quintet performing Lyatoshynsky, Schumann and Bondarenko alongside short films.

This charitable fundraising concert, organised by Friends of Oleksandriya, pairs live piano quintet performances with five short films. Illia Bondarenko directs and leads the ensemble in his own piano quintet alongside works by Borys Lyatoshynsky and Robert Schumann, while the screening programme includes documentaries Adamchyk, Lost Youth, Farmers in Kherson and Children's Voices plus artistic films A Woman's War and Children's Voices, commemorating lives affected by the war in Ukraine. Proceeds support humanitarian aid, and a book and merchandise stall opens from 2.30pm.
