A Friday-night fizz evening hosted by Master of Wine Rose Murray Brown in the Garden Suite of Rufflets Country House Hotel. Guests enjoy a fizz aperitif on arrival, then a seated tasting of eight wines served in pairs, each matching a Champagne against a quality sparkling wine such as Prosecco, Cava, New Zealand or English fizz. A two-course fork buffet follows, with further wine samples from around the world included in the price.
