David Eagle: Funny As Folk

David Eagle performs a brand-new solo show of stand-up comedy, storytelling and folk-flavoured comedy songs at Chorley Theatre's Studio.

David Eagle, a member of the three-time BBC Radio 2 Folk Award-winning band The Young'uns, brings his brand-new solo show to Chorley Theatre. His comedy often draws on his experience of being blind, turning ordinary events into surreal dramas, and he performs folk-flavoured comedy songs on accordion, including a George Formby parody. The show combines stand-up, storytelling and more folk and comedy songs than ever before, with unreserved seating in the Studio.
