Faith In Strangers hosts a communal New Year's Eve dinner at long shared tables from 6:30pm, seating friends and strangers together. Head Chef Jackson Berg serves three courses — starters such as smoked prawn cocktail and king oyster vol-au-vent, mains including braised short rib, bouillabaisse and a vegan salt baked celeriac, and puddings like lemon meringue pie — with optional champagne or cheese add-ons. From 9:30pm the venue's resident DJs No Requests take over, and dinner guests are on the list for the party. The event is 18+, dietary requirements are catered for, and the bar stays open all night.
