Anticipating Hindsight – Work In Progress

Poet and slam champion Jude Simpson presents a work-in-progress show of witty wordplay and humour exploring how we look back on life.

Jude Simpson, a poet, entertainer and three-time national slam champion, performs a work-in-progress showcase of witty wordplay, whimsical humour and heartfelt life lessons. Using a grandmother clock, stories of parenting fails and an interactive cake-naming competition, she asks whether we can predict how we might look back on life and improve our present decisions. The hour-long performance touches on ageing, teenagehood and everyday life, and will be filmed including general audience footage.
