Alabama 3 Acoustic

Sold-out acoustic show by Alabama 3, playing delta blues-influenced material on guitar and harmonica at Lewes Con Club.

Alabama 3 Acoustic strip the band's sound back to acoustic guitar and harmonica, drawing on delta blues players such as Mississippi Fred McDowell, Howlin' Wolf and John Lee Hooker. The line-up features Larry Love's vocals, Devlin Love's chorus singing and Nick Reynolds on harmonica, promising a raucous show despite the stripped-back format. The gig is standing, with doors at 7:30pm and the bar open from 3:30pm; it is fully sold out with a waiting list via the ticket seller.
