About

A three-Saturday short course examines how to use influence and persuasion ethically in organisational settings.

This non-credit short course is aimed at current or aspiring managers and leaders, and professionals who regularly pitch or write persuasive copy. It explores psychological influence principles, how to apply them with integrity, and ways to recognise and resist unethical persuasion. The course also considers practical approaches for preparing for influence scenarios and communicating with conviction.
