About
A horror-themed exhibition tracing scary stories from prehistory to modern film through objects, art, literature and popular culture.
West Suffolk collections and loaned objects, including film props and horror memorabilia, anchor an exhibition about how frightening stories have changed over time. The West Gallery and Passageway follow that history from prehistory to modern horror through spoken word, art, sculpture, literature and film, from myths and childhood fairy tales to contemporary cinema. The exhibition runs 24 October 2026–21 February 2027.
