About

Visitors explore an immersive Winter Village of elf-led activities, stories, games and festive treats before a personalised meeting with Father Christmas.

Children can decorate biscuits and receive a gift; adults and children receive seasonal drinks. A base ticket covers one adult and one child; additional guest tickets are available, with a maximum group size of eight. Premium Father Christmas Plus adds same-day access to the Illuminated Light Trail from 16:30 and a family Christmas Eve Box. Arrival is booked in a time slot; the meeting with Father Christmas takes place within the following hour. Sensory-friendly sessions run at 17:40 on 27 November and 4 and 11 December, and at 10:20 and 18:20 on 18 December. Santa Paws sessions are listed for 20 and 21 November and 14–17 December.
