Berwick Film Society: Our Land

A 2025 documentary about access to the English countryside, tracing the Right to Roam movement and competing claims to land ownership, class and stewardship.

Orban Wallace’s 2025 documentary travels across England’s fields, moors and estates to examine land ownership, class and access. It follows the Right to Roam movement’s campaigns for wider countryside access and the conflicts with landowners who see themselves as custodians of the landscape. Directed by Wallace and produced by Leo Smith, Rebecca Wolff and Charlie Phillips; the film is in English and has a 90-minute runtime.
