Saltburn Ice Trail

A free family ice sculpture trail through Saltburn with nine sculptures, live ice carving, festive workshops, storytelling and Christmas markets.

Ice sculptors Sand In Your Eye place nine ice sculptures across Saltburn town centre, forming a family trail with secrets to find for a trail competition. The first 1000 completed trails returned to the library win book prizes from the National Literacy Trust for the Year of Reading. The day also includes a live ice carve, elf letter-writing workshops, an ice postbox for letters to Santa, storytelling and singalongs with the Winter Enchantress, plus the Stocking Filler Christmas Market, Saltburn Farmers Market and walkabout characters.
