The 1851 Restaurant at Peckforton Castle hosts an evening of fine dining built around its award-winning nine-course tasting menu, paired with a carefully selected wine flight. Guests dine within the castle's historic surroundings, with dietary requirements accommodated if notified at least 24 hours in advance (a vegetarian menu is available, but vegan and dairy-free options are not). The evening runs from 6.30pm to 11.30pm, with reservation slots at 6.30pm, 7pm and 7.30pm, and optional overnight accommodation can be booked separately.
