Oaklands Connect: Networking Event

A monthly informal business networking morning at Oaklands College for St Albans-area SMEs, featuring a talk by Ian Hardy of the FSB.

Oaklands Connect is a friendly, mastermind-style networking morning for local start-ups, freelancers and established businesses in the St Albans area. Attendees can meet fellow SMEs, share ideas, challenges and best practice over coffee, and build professional relationships. The November session features Ian Hardy of the Federation of Small Businesses, who draws on more than 20 years running his own small business to discuss tackling issues such as tax inspections, legal disputes, reputation damage, staff problems and raising money. The event runs for two hours.
