Poetry & Prosecco

An evening of poetry at Oriole Cafe in Canterbury, with readings from four Kent poets, open mic slots and prosecco.

Four Kent poets — Sue Rose, Setareh Ebrahimi, Nancy Charley and Jake Nathan — read their work at Oriole Cafe, with a chance to hear about their creative process. Attendees can book a three-minute open mic slot to share their own poetry, or simply listen over a glass of prosecco. During the interval there is coffee and cake, plus a Chapters Coffee and Books pop-up stall selling the poets' work. Doors open at 7pm; under-18s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
