My Fierce Ignorant Step - Christos Papadopoulos

Ten dancers move through shared breath and rhythm in Christos Papadopoulos’s My Fierce Ignorant Step.

The work brings movement, voices and remembered sounds together, building towards collective exhilaration. It explores early encounters and the energy of beginnings through an ensemble moving as one. Papadopoulos is the choreographer; individual dancers are not named in the detail body. The fifty-five-minute work has no interval.
