The Royal Ballet: Swan Lake

A screening of The Royal Ballet's production of Swan Lake at Sheringham Little Theatre.

Princess Odette, cursed into the form of a swan by the sorcerer Von Rothbart, can only be freed by a pledge of eternal love. When Prince Siegfried falls for her and vows to break the spell, Von Rothbart conspires to keep the lovers apart. Liam Scarlett's production for The Royal Ballet pairs Tchaikovsky's score with John Macfarlane's designs, with an approximate runtime of 3 hours 25 minutes including two intervals.
