Science on Tap: 'Howe' to increase performance
About
The final talk in a three-part sports science speaker series at Howe Beer Project, a Q&A-shaped discussion on how to increase performance.
This is the last of three Science on Tap sessions on sports science hosted by Howe Beer Project. Unlike the first two talks, this December session is a discussion shaped by questions submitted by the audience from the earlier talks, on the theme of how to increase performance and choosing your next adventure. Speakers are Dr Mykolas Kavaliauskas, Lecturer in Sports Performance at the University of the West of Scotland, and Dr Lesley Ingram-Sills, Associate Professor at Edinburgh Napier University and former World Cup cross-country MTB racer. Entry is free with no sign-up required.
