Sacred Drumming Circle

A monthly sacred drumming circle with ceremonial cacao and guided rhythm journey, open to all.

This gathering centres on communal drumming, opening with cups of warm ceremonial cacao followed by a guided rhythm journey and space for intuitive, freeform drumming. No drumming experience is needed, and some drums are available to borrow, though participants are encouraged to bring their own. The session lasts about an hour and is described as a supportive community space open to everyone.
