Rachel Snowdon, ALMANACK: a re-arranging of the year.

Rachel Snowdon's first solo exhibition of original monotypes reimagining the almanac tradition at Field System, Ashburton.

ALMANACK is Rachel Snowdon's first solo exhibition, bringing together a collection of original monotypes by the British artist-printmaker. The show plays on the almanac tradition of predictions for the year ahead, subverting it through painterly prints evoking half-remembered stories, confused landscapes, folk tales, strange proverbs and uncanny encounters. The exhibition runs from 8 to 25 October 2026, and the artist will be present on Saturday 24 October (10am-1pm) and Sunday 25 October (12-4pm) to talk about her work.
