A ticketed supper evening at the brewery taproom aiming to beat the January blues with a curated Italian menu. Guests choose beef or vegetarian lasagne al forno, both slow-cooked for six hours with handmade fresh pasta, served with freshly baked focaccia and a Caprese salad, followed by tiramisu classico made with North Star coffee — or a cannoli trio on request. Adult and kids meal options are available, with dietary and dessert swaps arranged by contacting the taproom.
