EVERY THING MUST GO by Joe Lycett

Joe Lycett’s paintings explore memory, grief and things that have disappeared from everyday life.

EVERY THING MUST GO brings together new works inspired by Birmingham’s collections, from extinct animals and demolished buildings to discontinued sweets and remembered celebrities. A dense salon-style display uses humour and vivid colour to examine loss and cultural change. Admission is free, with the exhibition running until 21 February 2027.
