Carly of Art of Love Sound Baths leads an hour-long aerial sound bath in which participants lie cocooned in hammocks while gongs, singing bowls and other sacred instruments are played around them. The session is presented as a holistic reset for mind, body and soul, with each bath described as a unique experience. Not suitable for those who are pregnant, have a pacemaker or have epilepsy; hammocks have a 200kg weight limit and attendees should bring a pillow and blanket.
