Three Regions, One Future: Delivering Growth Across the East of England

A CPD morning for built environment professionals on growth and regeneration in Ipswich, Norwich and Chelmsford, ending with a panel on infrastructure.

CIOB Ipswich hosts a CPD event examining how major growth and regeneration projects across the East of England are being planned and delivered. Talks cover Ipswich's emerging Local Plan and town centre ambitions, brownfield regeneration in Norwich, and Chelmsford's new Garden Community, followed by a refreshment break. A panel discussion then asks whether housing growth and regeneration can be delivered without creating infrastructure problems. The event is aimed at developers, planners, architects, surveyors, engineers, contractors and local authority professionals, runs two and a half hours, and counts towards CPD requirements.
