A free monthly ceilidh at Bonnie & Wild with Charlie Kirkpatrick's band calling traditional Scottish Country dances, open to all.
The White Heather Club hosts a free monthly ceilidh at Bonnie & Wild in St James Quarter, running from 8pm to 10.30pm. Charlie Kirkpatrick and his band play Scottish ceilidh music while calling the steps for traditional dances such as the Dashing White Sergeant, Strip the Willow, the Gay Gordons, St Bernard's Waltz and Canadian Barn Dance. Beginners are welcome as all moves are called on the night, and attendees are invited to visit the venue's kitchens and bars beforehand. Tickets are free but registration is requested.
