Children join Christmas characters on a short adventure before hearing a story with Father Christmas in the house’s Lower Gallery and receiving a gift.

The booked experience leads children on a Christmas adventure before a story with Father Christmas in the decorated Lower Gallery; each child receives a gift. Recommended for ages 3–10. Every child needs a ticket, with one accompanying adult included per child ticket; babes in arms may attend free when another child in the family has a ticket. The event ticket does not include normal property admission. The house is a 10–15 minute walk from the visitor centre; visitors are asked to arrive 15 minutes before their timed slot.
