Winter Gnomes

A pottery workshop where participants create their own winter gnome, which is then dried, kiln-fired and coloured in the new year.

This hands-on pottery workshop invites beginners to make a seasonal gnome using stamps, cutters and provided ideas, with step-by-step guidance on shaping the basic form before adding features, props and decoration. Finished pieces dry for ten days before kiln firing, and participants are invited back in early 2027 to add colour. The session runs from 11am to 1:30pm and is open to adults and children aged 7 and over.
