Carrie's War

Syston QT Theatre Group stages Carrie's War, a wartime drama about two London evacuees sent to live in a Welsh village.

This amateur theatre production adapts Carrie's War, set during the Second World War. Siblings Carrie and Nick are evacuated from London to a Welsh mining village, where they live with stern Mr Evans and gentle Auntie Lou and become entangled in the mysteries of Druid's Bottom, its eccentric residents and a supposedly cursed skull. The performance runs approximately two and a half hours.
