Beethoven 5 & 6: Fate – Nature

The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Domingo Hindoyan, performs Beethoven’s Fifth and Sixth symphonies.

The programme pairs Beethoven’s Symphony No. 5, with its four-note “Fate” motif and movement from turmoil towards triumph, with Symphony No. 6, the “Pastoral”, an imaginative musical exploration of nature. The official bill names Domingo Hindoyan as conductor.
