Halloween at Bowhill: The Shape-Shifter’s Sanctuary

A family Halloween trail through Bowhill's grounds with a pumpkin patch, spooky crafts, soft play and marshmallow toasting, running daily from 10am to 4pm.

Bowhill's Halloween experience is inspired by Buccleuch heritage and characters from the estate's past. Families follow a trail through the grounds helping Mary Dore recover her lost legacy and gather magical firewood, encountering the eccentric Duke of Montagu along the way. After the trail, children can pick a pumpkin in the Pumpkin Patch, play in the woodland playground or Courtyard soft play, try spooky crafts in the Courtyard Gallery, and toast marshmallows by the fire. Booking is essential.
