A full-day workshop introduces gel-plate printing with recycled materials, using layered textures and colour to make experimental prints.
Jane Parker demonstrates gel-plate printing with everyday materials such as bubble wrap, lace and leaves to build textures, masks, backgrounds and layered patterns. Participants take home experimental printed papers and learn how to care for a gel plate. The page presents the workshop as suitable for beginners and people exploring mixed-media techniques.
