Floating Sound Bath (Bridgnorth)

A one-hour floating sound bath at Bridgnorth leisure centre, with participants relaxing on airbeds in the pool while a sound therapist plays gongs, singing bowls and chimes.

Blue Fern Wellness hosts a floating sound bath where guests lie on double-sized airbeds on the pool water, combining gentle water movement with the sounds of crystal and metal singing bowls, gongs and chimes. A poolside option is available for those who prefer not to float. The session lasts one hour, includes blankets, eyemasks and a take-home gift, and is limited to small numbers. No prior experience is needed and the event is open to ages 16 and over.
