About

Sing and learn lullabies from around the world, with breathing, mindfulness, baby massage and simple signing in a calm group for new mothers and babies up to nine months, and expectant mothers in their third trimester.

An experienced Inspire Music teacher leads soothing songs, play-time rhymes, gentle baby massage and basic signing. The sessions offer time to relax, bond with a baby and meet other new or expectant mothers, with attention to the post-partum experience. Breastfeeding is welcome. The published Autumn course meets Tuesdays 11:45–12:45, 8 September–15 December, with no sessions 20 or 27 October; booking is essential.
