About

A public ceremony at the Robert Burns statue in Victoria Embankment Gardens, where the club president lays a wreath to mark the poet’s 268th birthday.

The ceremony is followed by a procession to the Civil Service Club for an optional celebratory lunch, which requires prior booking. The club’s current contact page identifies its president as Judy Tayler-Smith. The clock time, lunch booking details and any prices remain unpublished.
