The Pavilion Sessions: Festive Folk

A free monthly folk session with a festive twist, welcoming musicians and singers to play or sing in a friendly Sunday afternoon get-together.

This festive edition of the Pavilion Sessions is an open folk get-together where anyone can join in with traditional or contemporary tunes and songs. It begins at 1pm with a 30-minute 'slow session' led by a player for improvers and learners, before the full session goes round the room from 1.30pm. Attendees can bring an instrument or voice to take part, or simply enjoy a mulled wine or hot chocolate from the bar while listening to free live music.
