About

The final Wild Talks lecture looks at conservation recoveries and the role of science, zoos and fieldwork in efforts to bring species back from extinction risk.

The lecture uses conservation success stories involving the sihek, scimitar-horned oryx and Partula snails to explore species rescue, translocation and reintroduction. A panel discussion and audience Q&A follow. ZSL describes the session as a free event with in-person attendance at Huxley Lecture Theatre and an online option. Speaker details had not yet been announced on the checked page.
