A one-off 60-minute Pilates and stretch class at St Gabriel's Church, Pimlico, raising funds for the church's New Roof.
Christine from Core Focus leads a one-off 60-minute Pilates class with stretches, open to beginners and advanced participants alike, with exercises to strengthen and lengthen the spine and whole body. All proceeds go towards St Gabriel's Church's much-needed New Roof. Booking is required by email to ensure everyone has enough space, and participants should bring their own mat; anyone with injuries or health conditions affecting movement is asked to check suitability in advance.
