Alix E. Harrow and Sunyi Dean for The Slantwise Histories

Author Alix E. Harrow celebrates her story collection The Slantwise Histories in conversation chaired by Sunyi Dean.

Alix E. Harrow, author of The Everlasting, appears for an evening celebrating her collection The Slantwise Histories, which includes the novelette The Six Deaths of the Saint and the Hugo-Award winning A Witch's Guide to Escape. The stories span ancient battlefields to neon-lit American attractions, following tricksters, ghosts and dissenters who escaped the margins of history. The event is chaired by Sunday Times bestselling author Sunyi Dean, whose novel The Girl with a Thousand Faces was a BBC Radio 2 Book Club pick. Doors open at 6.30pm for a 7pm start.
