A person-centred day of active group work, reflection and therapeutic techniques focused on relationships and emotional or spiritual life.
Participants work individually and together in a group using reflective and therapeutic techniques, with time to enjoy the rural surroundings. The workshop is open to people seeking growth and insight in relationships or their inner, emotional or spiritual lives; participants need not be professing Christians. Coffee and lunch are included. An overnight stay may be booked separately in advance.
