We Are Faheem & Karun

A security officer and a visitor in Kashmir begin a relationship constrained by their social and professional worlds.

Karun, a security officer from southern India, meets Faheem at a checkpoint in remote Gurez. Their relationship is shaped by the pressures of conflict, religious and social taboos, and the secrecy imposed by Karun’s profession.
