Meditation Meetings @ NGMH

A non-hierarchical meditation group meets for two quiet 20-minute sessions with a break and optional discussion at the Newington Green Meeting House.

The meditation group meets on Tuesdays at the Newington Green Meeting House, taking a non-hierarchical approach focused on practice and experience rather than theory. Each session consists of two 20-minute quiet meditation periods separated by a five-minute break, followed by a voluntary discussion for those who wish to share. Participants can deepen their own practice while exchanging ideas with the group. Sessions are held in the basement Barbauld room, entered via the building's side door.
