A solo performance blends magic tricks with Jo Bannon’s experience of visual impairment.

Jo Bannon combines magic, choreography and her lived experience of visual impairment to explore the unseen work of navigating everyday life. A white rabbit, wand and smoke accompany her exploration of visibility, disability, truth and illusion. At Patrick Studio on 7 November, the performance includes integrated audio description and ticket holders can attend a free post-show talk. A touch tour is available before the show, with its time still to be confirmed. Recommended for ages 14 and above; it includes references to ableism and discrimination, smoke, haze, flashing lights and loud noises. FABRIC advertises one hour without an interval; Birmingham Hippodrome advertises approximately 70 minutes without an interval, so contact the venue about the running time.
