Robert Gillett, a poet, author and MS and mental health advocate, brings his show A Way With Words to the stage, drawing on his book Beneath The Tracksuit. The performance mixes spoken word, sharp wit and personal storytelling, exploring mental health, identity, living with MS, fatherhood and everyday absurdities. It moves between laugh-out-loud moments and quieter reflection, and is pitched as accessible storytelling for anyone, not just poetry fans.
